A plain-language summary of what we do with the information you give us when you apply.
What we collect
Only what you enter on the application form: your name, email address, optional phone number, country of residence, how you heard about the programme, any existing reference code and the description of the cost you need covered. We do not collect payment details or identity documents through this form.
Why we collect it
To identify you, assess your application against the published criteria, send you the automatic confirmation email, and contact you with the outcome. We also keep records to audit the programme as required by law and by the funder.
Who we share it with
Universal Grant Income as the funder, for award approval and audit, and service providers who host our site, database and email delivery on our instructions. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to assess and audit the programme, then deleted or anonymised. Some records must be retained longer where tax or financial record-keeping rules require it.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email the assessment team and we will respond within the period required in your region.
Security
Application data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access restricted to assessment staff. No system is perfectly secure, so please never send passwords or full card numbers to us by any channel.
